FAQ
How does it work?
The GV Club Card is a Smartcard that has a silicon chip embedded in the card. The chip holds all your points, which you can convert to GV Smart Cash and spend at any of the GV Food & Beverage Outlets or Cellarbrations Cleveland. You can also put physical cash onto the card to spend.
The Vegas Loyalty part of the membership is the magnetic strip on the other side of the card. This is where all your Vegas Points are stored. You can view them at any time yourself by pressing the enter button next to the display window when the card is inserted into a pokie machine.
When you choose the prize you want to redeem, it is converted to GV Smartcash or Cash to spend at the Bar, the Restaurants or Cellarbrations Cleveland.
What happens if I lose my card?
