The Grand View Hotel’s Art Gallery has a long history of exhibiting fine art and creative work from award winning and local Redlands Artists. It has played host to National Bald Archy competitions and is one of the Hotel’s popular attractions.
Before you sit down and enjoy a meal, take some time to explore our Art Upstairs Gallery in our beautiful heritage inspired rooms. Curated by Vicki Whalan from The Old Schoolhouse Gallery at Cleveland Point, it showcases an array of artworks from Island and Mainland Redlands Coast artists.
The Cleveland Room on the lower level is another GV Art Gallery space, filled with local imagery from Darren C Manning Photography. Darren’s first exhibition, ‘Hidden Gems in the Local Landscape’ opened to the public from September 24th, 2021. The proof of Darren Manning’s extensive creativity can be found on his Instagram profile. Darren is also the GV’s Venue & Events Photographer, capturing the atmosphere, experiences and architecture of our heritage-listed, 170 year old venue!
